A 20,000 sf building for administrative offices along with employee break room and a wellness center that consists of a workout area and facilities to house employees bicycles that ride to work instead of driving.The design intent was to utilitize recycled rainwater to irrigate the vegitation and trees around the site. Solar panels are also used for generating power for the building.
